Focus !
Well, I appreciate all the good wishes and notes, but I must say, it is a bad day. I do not know what my problem is, but I could not get back on track after my 2 days off. I think next week I MAY plan for a free meal instead of a day or two. And so I have had 4 very off days in fact. One would think that my recent success would be enough to keep me motivated!!! I do not understand this. I just needed to get this off my chest so I can re-focus. I also wanted to share that just because I know how to be and what to do, does not mean anything if I can not stay out of the kitchen. Grrrrr….. Instead of having a completely bad 4th day, I will have a lighter supper and workout. I am going heavy on the weights and doing my normal cardio (30 min). I need to get out of this funk some how. Buddies, I hope you are doing better then me. You are the best !!!
Green tea takes the edge off for me. Maybe you could give it a whirl. The one with ginseng gives you a little boost too.

Keep your chin up. You will be back on the wagon in no time. All your buddies are here to support you.
Don’t get to frustrated with yourself. You have been hugely successful and you are making tons of strides in many areas of your life. Don’t give up! You can do it! We are with you. Take care of you!
