One more, thing….
I received a note that I do not even need to lose anymore and I must confess when I see that picture of mine I see someone that is me, but I can not believe it is me. Well I look chiseled, but I think I must have not had a lot of salt…lmao. No worries about me loosing too much. Soon I will post a brave picture of me and my legs and then you can see where the fat is. I think I am about 23-25% B.F. When I get to goal or a little after I am just going to get a real assessment of my body composition. It is something I always wanted to do for curiosity, but did not really want to know, ya know? :) I am not blind! I have come a long way and am very happy with my body. I am not all nit picky either. Basically I want to get toned, but all in good time! My time. I am guessing when my new size 8 black cargo pants are loose, then I will be there. And then the shopping will begin.
Anyways…. one more down. 156 lbs. I must confess getting to 150 may because I want to be 100 less….lmao, ya know, NOT 95. What a geek. *kisses and hugs to me*
I wish you all a great weekend.

HIGH FIVERSSSSSSSS!!!!
You chiseled dahling you…
You are SUCH an inspiration for me.
Huggggggs,
Shan
good for you! as long as you are happy with yourself thats all that matters. I think in the long run…we are never 100% happy with our weight…its more of an acceptance…LOL Like me…my lowest was 165 when I was travelling in europe…and apparently thats a good weight for my height. I went up to 175 when I came back. And I STILL thought I should lose more. Now when I look at pics I miss being that weight and want to be 175 again! (165 was too thin…Im too big boned and it looked gross) so keep it up! If you want to lose more fat than its time to exersise and thats about it! Good for you!

I love how you think. Symbolically, 100 pounds lost is AMAZING! (95 pounds lost is nothing to sneeze at either!)
You asked about diets for the legs, well, I would look up dietary advice for people who store fat “pear shaped” and they will tell you to eat low fat… and I have the feeling that you already do…
The good news is that thigh fat doesn’t harm your health the way abdominal fat storage does, but, the bad news is that thigh fat takes longer to lose than abdominal fat.
Keep going the way you are going with eating healthy and exercising and it will happen eventually, but… with thigh fat you often need patient endurance and lots of sweat.
Lost another pound, talking about chiseled. Great success, dear, congratulations and lots of hugs!
Hi Babe, Read both your blogs and can only tell you do what you think or feel is best for you. When I was working as a nurse and with my family I could be warm and loving, but when I am in a social situation, I am one of God’s frozen people. But I am using the keyboard to say what I really feel. Less risk there, you know? I was a very shy child, raised mostly by my grandparents, very gentle, quiet people. I am more open with others with old age (well, older age) approaching and I feel so much freer and happier. Love, Marge
You are so freakin’ funny!! Hey Jennifer, I think you look great and I am sure a lot of buddies here think the same, but ultimately, YOU have to be happy with yourself and I’m glad you recognize that! I am cheering for you my wonderful buddy!
I’m with Jo, it’s about how YOU feel. I’m blessed to be in my healthy BMI and I’m like you, just looking to get and STAY cut and toned and that’s a lifetime commitment….something that continues to hit me everytime I go overboard on food. I think you’re goal right now is very healthy for you and yes, you look great but I feel you about the leg work…..I’m a Latina….our fat deposits are found around those areas too…..
