No more journaling

So some health issues have been making me a tad moody lately. I am on the mend. (Evil excessive sugar, and it is evil!!! lol Especially when it is ME + sugar!) I am keep portions in mind but I am letting go of the journaling (precise points) and the perfectionist attitude. Journaling has REALLY helped me in the past and without WW I would not be here, but it is no longer serving a purpose. It has really been reaping havoc on my wellness. So, I will try this for awhile and of course I am keeping up with my activity. Focusing on variety and getting my strength workouts in.

I wish you all a great week. Thank you to all my sweet buddies who responded to my last blog. What would I ever do with out your mindfulness and compassion? Cheers to all who are struggling and all who are helping out out your fellow buddies. YOU ALL ARE SO AMAZING!

*hugs*

Girl…I understand..remember I too went off WW for awhile and it was just what I needed! Only you know what’s best for you and I bet you’re going to be recharged and renewed, if and when you get back to journaling!

You’re quite amazing too Jennifer! I still like to journal, but I don’t think I journal as precise as some here do… no points limits or anything like that. It just keeps me focused on portion control and lets me know where I might can improve some.

You know I’m with you all the way on whatever you try buddy. Because I know that YOU know you are worth the efforts you put into this journey and that you will never give up… one of your greatest bestest qualities. :)

    Huggggggggggggggggs,
    Shan

First off I’m so sorry you are feeling under the weather. We all have to do what works the best. Some need to come and journal, others might just need to read journals! Maybe you just need a break until you are feeling better? Iknow whatever you do it will be the wise choice for you Jennifer. You are always in my thoughts and prayers. You start feeling better ok?? Love ya.

I really hope I see some results by just relaxing with the food (healthy portioned food) and moving moving moving……

Love journaling. For anyone who wants to see patterns and start to see good progress, journaling is essential I would say!

I’m so sorry you’re going through some health related issues. Hang in there and I hope that you get better soon. I was a journaler myself and I stopped it when I realized it was just not something I could do for life and that’s why I’m here….LIFESTYLE change not “diet” or “temporary change” but FOREVER CHANGE. If it’s right for you, things will work out.

Everything changes, its just great that you know that its alright to stop something that isn’t working anymore. I just love your blogs!

I have never been a journaling type person. I think it jsut the same thing day in and day out. Having to write everything down….some people it works for and others not so much. Anyway, we can’t be perfect so letting go of that idea is key to success. I am trying to do that very same thing too. You have a great idea so I am sure things will work. Moving and just be a little less strict with the food (but mindful) is great!
