Hey Jenn…thanks for the idea about the tea. I have some at home and that’s what I’m going to do when the urge to eat strikes (usually after dinner watching T.V. or when I get home too early and need to be doing something all that time I’m sitting in front of the T.V. or putzing around)…good luck with your plan!!!
He is adorable isn’t he?? Ok, question…the intuitive eating thing—is it a book? If so, I need to go to the library—I have rekindled a love affair with my local library by the way!! Tea sounds yummy—I need to remind myself of that when I feel emotionally hungry! Heehe!! Have a great week Jenn!!
