Whole foods most of the time - trying to find some balance in this body

Water, tea, water

Finish the current section.  Biology which is short.

Relaxation

REMEMBER our (me and my sweetie) goal

Did I forget anything?  Probably…..  :)

…………..ummm tea when I want to eat for reasons other then hunger.  It could work…hehe   I like this cute little guy.  He made me smile.

    Hey Jenn…thanks for the idea about the tea. I have some at home and that’s what I’m going to do when the urge to eat strikes (usually after dinner watching T.V. or when I get home too early and need to be doing something all that time I’m sitting in front of the T.V. or putzing around)…good luck with your plan!!! :)

    He is adorable isn’t he?? Ok, question…the intuitive eating thing—is it a book? If so, I need to go to the library—I have rekindled a love affair with my local library by the way!! Tea sounds yummy—I need to remind myself of that when I feel emotionally hungry! Heehe!! Have a great week Jenn!!

    Cute picture…tea and meditation…my favorite tea is a licorice spice…yummy taste just like black licorice…I just sip and savor…
