Night time eating

So I am a little competitive with myself, but in a good way.  I want to see how many days I can go without eating after supper.  I am not counting if I am truly hungry.  In such a case I will eat fruit, veggies or yogurt.  But I want to stop the eating after supper.  It’s just not productive.  So how many days can I go???

This is for me.  Here I go…..

Wishing everyone a great week!

Hey, great idea! I would recommend veggies only though. Fruits can seriously add up to your cal count, unless you scheduled them in, and it is difficult to stop eating them. Well, in my experience. I also find veggies a bit more feeling for the same amount of cals than the low cal yougurt (the 35 cals per 100 grams ones). I think there is something about being sweet that makes me eat more. While chopped celery, cawliflower and radishes allow me to stop earlier.

Leida you make some good points. I think grapes and a banana would leave me wanting more. Yet a grapefruit would leave me satisfied I think.

Anyways, today was a great day for the senses. Had a mix-mash of weird and pleasing things for breakfast, a wonderful Vietnamese salad for lunch that I made and a yummy supper - 3 perogies w/ lemon dill low fat sour cream and chicken vegetable soup. I am ending the night with my decaf Earl Grey tea. I feel so excellent.

Oh snacks- YUMMY sm. cucumbers from the farmer’s market/grapefruit and plain yogurt

It pays to make pleasing food. More pleasure. Less wanting.

    Night 1 - *check*
