“Be - don’t try to become.”

“Be Content with what you have; rejoice in the way things are. When you realize there is nothing lacking, the whole world belongs to you.”

“A good traveler has no fixed plan, and is not intent on arriving.”

“If you look to others for fulfillment, you will never be truly fulfilled.”

“If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading.”

- Lao-tzu

“All the Buddhas of all the ages have been telling you a very simple fact: Be - don’t try to become. Within these two words, be and becoming, your whole life is contained. Being is enlightenment, becoming is ignorance.”

This week I tried to do something that was COMPLETELY out of my comfort zone and in the process has many things come to mind. I guess it was all worth it. I did over eat a couple times, but I made that strong connection. Like nothing as powerful as this has been with me for a long time or at least I did not see it. I have to respect my courage to take a few steps out of my comfort zone and who knows, maybe all these steps will come with reason. I am certain I am just on the brink of some difficult times, but I can take it. I just need to be, be me.
