16
That is the number to lose to reach my mini goal. And this could be my goal, I am not sure. But how hard can 16 pounds be???
Ticker is adjusted.
I am trying to work Weight Watchers (24-30 pts) and Intuitive Eating. Ahh just a little like opposites… Also easy on the treats. My ass and my mind are not loving the sugar!
Trying to be more consistant with the activity.
Emotions! What the hell can I say about this? May have to ask a friend about some techniques she has found helpful. It is time to start talking I think. I can not do it by myself anymore.
Monday is my weigh in until I decide that is the stupidest day to weigh in. lol Once a week has GOT to be better than numerous times a week.
Also: waist-33inches, hip-43inches and thigh-25inches (George will be arriving soon….explaining some excess in inches and emotions.)

Question that I will answer Monday when I weigh in: What did I do to be accountable to myself and for myself???
Good luck!! I know you can do it!
Thanks Kama. *hugs*
Yah, freedom from the AM weigh in! I feel great. I can not wait to weigh in Monday. I want a surprise as I will no longer be a poofy puff ball.
Had 28 points yesterday when all was said and done. David ate chips and dip after supper and I refrained, but more so because I had no desire for them. Bless his heart, he bought the kind I do not love. Had some yummy cherries this AM and am off to finish my breakfast. I think eggs this AM will satisfy me. I am aiming for only 3 meals (one snack if needed) and this is working well. I am trying to not have so many digestive enzymes, so eating less frequently should help my digestive system have time to create it’s own. The measure of success will be weight loss, regularity
and none of my usual/hopefully old infections.
I am not as hungry I find in the summer as I am in the cooler months I find. But I need to remember that if I do not want to gain like I did over the winter, I will need to eat a bit more healthy food and exercise of course in winter. I thought that eating tones of fruits and non startchy veggies in the winter was good, but maybe eating seasonally is smart. Makes sense because I crave things like Sheppard’s pie and stews in the colder months. People from long ago were just so much wiser then we are now.
We listen to studies and read about new diets. Whatever!
Wow…this could have been a blog.
Hey Jennifer! Thanks for the comment=) I am doing w.w. too. It seems to work better for me then counting calories. I weigh in on Fridays though. Starting a new tracker every saterday makes me think I don’t want to throw away my week on the weekend. Exercising is my challenge. It’s not that I can’t do it, I just choose not too, guess I’m LAZY! lol. I am going to start walking again though! What do you do for exercise?
Ahhh good things are happening. I can feel it. Had 32 points I am guessing as I ended supper with some most yummy halvah. Ahh I can not deny it, I have a sweet tooth. But atleast WW makes me feel great because I can have anything. I just can not have it all.
With the heat I am keeping cardio to a minimum and I am doing most light strength, yoga, pilates and some walking.
